We accept exchanges on orders if you want to change size, color or choose a different item. Any exchanges must be posted back within 5 days, received back in the SAME condition and unworn. The garment MUST be in the same condition for exchanges. Exchanges cannot be made if the garment has been worn, washed or damaged. Items can only be tried on, not worn to be eligible for an exchange.
All postage is paid by the customer. If the garment has been worn or washed it cannot be exchanged. Please ensure all items are folded neatly when posted to be presentable for exchange.
We are also happy to give you a credit if you want to return an item. Garments MUST be unworn and unwashed and in the SAME condition they were sent. All postage is paid for by the customer. We also accept refunds on orders. Garments MUST be unworn and unwashed and in the SAME condition they were sent. All postage is paid for by the customer. If a garment is returned in worn, washed or in a damaged condition a refund cannot be issued. All garments must be only tried on, not worn to be eligible for a refund. Please ensure items are neatly folded when posted to presentable when returned. If the order was purchased with ‘free shipping’ then a $9.00AUD shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Sale and Promotional Orders
For items purchased on sale or during a promotional period, we will happily offer you an exchange or credit note, but a refund cannot be issued.

I recommend adding tracking to your returned parcel, as I will not be responsible for lost parcels.

**Australian Customers**
All orders in Australia can be sent with Parcel Post or Express Post!
Parcel Post Delivery should take 4-9 business days and has tracking included.
Express Delivery should take 2-3 business days and has tracking included.
**USA Customers**
All International orders to the USA are now sent with Faster Standard Airmail which includes tracking!
**UK, Europe, Canada and the Rest of the World Customers**
All International orders to the UK, Europe, Canada and the Rest of the World are now sent by faster Standard Airmail which includes tracking!
** Japan and New Zealand**
All International orders to Japan and New Zealand are now sent with Faster Standard Airmail which includes tracking! (does not include Jewelry unless bought with clothes)
International Postage usually takes 8 to 14 business days to the United States and the United Kingdom. It usually takes 10-16 business days to Canada and most other countries. We send with Australia Post which is very reliable.
International Express Shipping can also be arranged please contact us!
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
